Klargester Biodisc Domestic Sewage Treatment Plants (Suitable for 1 to 4 dwellings)

The Klargester BioDisc is the only sewage treatment plant to utilise the “Rotating Biological Contactor” (RBC) system to achieve the breaking down of pollutants plus generation of aerobic bacteria.

Offering a cost effective and adaptable solution to a range of domestic waste treatment requirements. These units serve 1-4 houses. 6 to 18 Population

The RBC system is designed and engineered in order to offer superior levels of reliabilty together with extremely low running costs – it is suitable for a wide range of applications.

They are designed to discharge into streams, ditches or soakaways.

Klargester Biodisc Commercial Sewage Treatment Plants (Suitable for 5 to 50+ dwellings)

This range of plants are designed to serve larger applications from small housing estates to pubs, hotels, caravans sites and nursing homes. 40 to 250 population.

The Klargester BioDisc is the only sewage treatment plant to utilise the “Rotating Biological Contactor” (RBC) system to achieve the breaking down of pollutants plus generation of aerobic bacteria. This cost effective and adaptable solution to a range of domestic waste treatment requirements has been developed by Klargester over some 25 years.

The RBC system is designed and engineered to offer superior levels of reliability together with extremely low running costs.

Klargester Septic Tanks

Offering an affordable and reliable septic tank that is easy to install in a range of domestic applications, These septic tanks are available to suit 1-4 houses, with soakaways to suit population and ground conditions. 4 to 20 population

The Klargester Septic Tank is manufactured from MDPE which makes it more robust than traditional GRP septic tanks and is ideal for installation where handling of the tank may be problematic.

Good porosity of the subsoil is essential for any septic tank to function properly.

Klargester Sewage Pump Station

This domestic pumping stations is made with super-tough, low-maintenance GRP. All systems are engineered with the highest quality parts and fittings and comes with a control panel as standard and a high level alarm option. 

These sewage pump stations are available to serve from 1 house up to a small housing estate, with single and dual pumps available, duty stand by and varying pump capacities. 

These units can be used to pump to main sewers or to septic tanks or sewage treatment plants that are sited above the depth of the existing drains.

Klargester Biotec Sewage Treatment Plants (Suitable for 1 to 4 dwellings)

These sewage treatment plants also serve 1-4 houses depending on the amount of bedrooms. These units come with 1 metre and 1.5 metre inverts, also designed to discharge into streams, ditches and soakaways.

This BioTec treatment plant system uses the aerobic biological process and utilises three stages of treatment:

Stage One: Coarse solids are filtered and retained for gradual breakdown

Stage Two: The resulting liquid is continuously distributed over a plastic suspended filter by an integral lift, powered by a remotely sited blower.

Stage Three: The solids are allowed to settle and under normal domestic conditions, treated water of 20mg/l BOD, 30mg/l S.S., 20mg/l Ammonia can be achieved.
